The shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 3 working days of recepit of the payment. We will provide you a number to track your package online.

Estimated delivery dates include seller's packaging times, the sender's postal code, the recipient's postal code and acceptance times depend on the selected shipping service and payment receipt. Delivery times may vary, especially during the holidays.

The boxes are adequately large and your articles are well protected.
VAT: 22.0% (included in the sale price). If you have questions about VAT, contact the seller. The actual applicable VAT may vary based on the final sale.

RETURN A PACKAGE

How can I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is to contact our customer service and perform the procedure that will be indicated to you. The products must be in perfect condition.

What is the valid term for returns?

The deadline for any return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

Do I have to pay the refund?

The return shipment to our warehouse is charged to the customer and has a fixed cost of € 10 which will be deducted from the possible reimbursement of the purchase.

The return is free if the product has manufacturing defects not attributable to the usury or improper use by the customer or in case of receipt of non-ordered items.

How will I receive the amount for my return?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made the purchase.

For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer, once payment is received: we ask you to inform us your IBAN in the return request.

When will I receive the amount for my return?

Once the return is approved (the items must be in perfect condition and with internal labels) you will receive an email to confirm that the amount (net of return costs equal to € 10.00) will be credited within the few days.

The repayment times on your credit card depend on your bank.

What should I do if the amount reimbursed is incorrect?

Contact our customer service and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

KIARA SHOES reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the maximum allowed period or items that do not have the same reception conditions
